I want to get into gardening. I am not much of a outdoorsy person but would like to get into growing my own food. do you get to grow many things in the winter? Where do you buy your seeds from?

The recipes are easy enough and you will be satisfied.
We have a few herbs growing in our mudroom over winter, but our raised beds are shut down for the cold season. We do have chicken tractors that can double as greenhouses, but chickens are currently in both... once our meat chickens are done for the year, we may start some cold weather crops in there.
