She's LEAVING and none of us are happy about it
Becky's taking a girl's trip for the week, so we're left to fend for ourselves. In this episode, Jake has to make mac and cheese from scratch (for the first time), film the Top 10 Tuesday episode (https://youtu.be/Q0C-qqfghlA), do the farm chores, get the boys ready for bed, and end the first night with a movie and popcorn slumber party!
Macaroni Recipe in this Episode
Half-stick of butter, melt in pan | Add 4 Tbsp of flour, ½ tsp of salt, pepper as needed, stir until well blended | Pour milk in gradually (2 cups of milk), stir constantly | Bring to a boil and boil for 2 min | Reduce heat and stir for 10 min | Add in shredded cheese (2 cups of cheese) and simmer for 5 min | Mix in macaroni (8 oz) | Move it all over into a baking dish and add breadcrumbs or crackers on top (½ cup) | Bake for 20 min at 400°
