We're DONE with Pekin Ducks
Our Pekin ducks have long been a problem for us... while we love and care for all of our animals. The Pekins have been the least friendly. That's partially our fault for not handling them more early on, but they run away from us more than any of the other birds. And along with the noise, the destruction - mostly the muddy mess they make after a rainfall - it's time to sell them and move on. In this video we catch the 4 remaining females to sell.
Becky is a planting fool these days... she is looking for more ways to plant in small spaces. After our vertical pallets and raised bed garden have been used, she looks to pots and hanging planters to get some fun concoctions of flowers, herbs, and vegetables growing together.
