Hello, I have a silkie rooster that has a comb that is like any other rooster. I was wondering if this is normal for some silkies or if he is possibly a mix.
Hi so I currently have two beautiful hens (both are quite young and haven’t started laying yet). In about a month I’m getting two more and they are all moving into a new coop. They will all be from the same breeder and are about the same age. My question is, do I really have to quarantine the new hens? Because I really don’t have the space at all. Thanks so much.
Does your family think that the tempature of an incubator or under a broody hen affect the gender of the chick?
