What it’s like to live with 85 chickens
Have you ever wondered what it's like to raise chickens? Well we were there a couple years ago... 2 years ago we got our first 6 chicks. 6 became 30. A year later 30 became 100. Now, 2 years later, we have a flock of 85 chickens.
Today we go through our daily routine with our chickens. Letting them out in the morning, feeding them, providing water, collecting eggs, and all of the things in-between.
We also answer some common questions of why we do what we do with our chickens. Do we free range our chickens? What are the pros and cons of raising chickens? And how much does it cost to produce an egg?
