What if our PEACHICKS don't hatch?
After 60 days and 14 peafowl eggs... will we finally have one hatch? And if none of them hatch, what will we do? Give up, get more next year, try a different bird to hatch out?
But after all of our nervous excitement, we finally got the relief that we were looking for as one of our peachicks hatched. Unfortunately it was not a white peafowl as we had hoped for, but a healthy India Blue peachick nonetheless.
Now we just have to wait and see if another one will hatch so this one won't be alone. One peeping egg gives us hope for a friend!
